Opk help please 🙏😊

Hi! I’m new to OPKs and need some general advice please 🙏

Long and the short, cycle is 28/29 days - got a positive OPK today (day 16)... so am I ovulating today? Or is it anytime in the next 48 hours and we need to BD for the next few days? Or do I just need to keep testing for the next few days to get more of a picture?
