Low lying placenta or placenta praevia?

What does this look like. Is it covering my cervix or just low?

Did they not tell you at your appointment? Normally if there is placenta previa or a low lying placenta the doctor tells you. If you are worried or curious I would recommend you contact your doctor. I had my 20 week ultrasound anatomy scan appointment today and they told me I have a low lying placenta but that I shouldn’t worry about it since I still have a ways to go in the pregnancy. I had placenta previa with my first and it was able to move up during pregnancy before giving birth.

You need to let someone qualified like your doctor tell you those results. 
I had my scan yesterday and my doctor said I likely have minor placenta previa, but they are going to send me for another scan in a few weeks to confirm.
