Does this look like a boy’s genitalia?!

I was watching a video of my ultrasound and this caught my eye. Natera NIPT said the sex was female at 15.5 weeks and my US tech said she believed our baby was a girl at 14 weeks based on the nub. Could this just be the umbilical cord? Baby’s legs were scrunched up to the chest in fetal position. During the entire ultrasound I kept saying ‘she’ and the tech didn’t make any comments to make me think otherwise.

I’m probably just freaking out but I need opinions lol
