We have been trying for almost a year and still nothing! My period just came today and we had sex ever single day leading up to ovulation and the day after! Help! I’m also about to be 32. So discouraged

We've been trying for almost 18 months and I'm not sure why we cant get pregnant either. I've used OPKs, BBT, and sperm friendly lubricants, both of us had normal workups, my doctor put me on femara for 5 months and I even tried acupuncture for a month still nothing. I'll be 34 in a few months. It sucks.
