Progesterone cream

Hi everyone,

I have a 2 previous miscarriages and a chemical before. I currently take progesterone cream (NOW solutions) I’m 7 weeks 5days pregnant and I have informed my doc who said to just continue until 12 weeks. I had a 7 week scan and baby has a strong heart beat and everything looks good at the moment . I’m concerned though, I’m taking 80mg a day, the doc and midwife are giving me no guidance as whether this is enough or won’t check my levels as apparently it’s not a ‘thing ‘ in the U.K. I am cramping but no spotting , when I wipe I do have a tinge of pale yellow (odourless ) I don’t know whether this is because of the progesterone 🤷🏼‍♀️

Does anyone have any guidance as to how much your dosage is supposed to increase to as you move towards 12 weeks?
