I am 18 a senior in high school. I’ve tried for years to lose weight but every time I just give up. But I can officially say that I am out of the 300s. Over 45 pounds down and loving it. I started out with a 2400 cal diet and I was losing weight but not fast enough for my liking. It started out because I lost 10 pounds in a week from eating dairy without knowing it was from dairy. I recently just changed to a 2080 cal diet. It’s a little harder but I still eat what I want. Today I had McDonalds and I don’t feel guilty like I used to. I haven’t been this weight since 8th grade at least...
