It's one of those names that varies based on accent and personal pronunciation. 
Like - Tara, Lana, Arianna etc. 
I know someone who purposefully spelled her daughter's name "Airiana" to avoid that exact issue. So now she will just forever be correcting the spelling instead of correcting the pronunciation 🤷
