Help This Momma! (vent and advice post)
So I’ve struggled with my self image my WHOLE life, I’ve always sat around 140ish my entire adult life (I’m 5’6). Minus having two babies within two years of each other. I lost the weight almost immediately with both. But the last two months I’ve gained over 20lbs with no explanation. 135-160. 😩
I worked out a lot in high school and right after but the last two years I’ve been pretty inactive minus chasing children around all day (Preschool teacher) and my own two girls. But still never gained weight.
In November, I started the pill because I DO NOT WANT MORE KIDS. And went from 145-135 from December to February. I was content with this. But since the end of February I’ve ballooned up to 160. 😔 Nothing has changed. In my day to day life, but this is the heaviest I’ve been in my whole life.

I’ve started walking with my girls plus a couple exercises and really watching what I eat. But 2.5 weeks in I’ve lost nothing.
Any advice? Help this Momma out.
