I recently had a few bumps show up on one of my inner thigh little red bumps I think from chafing. I have big thighs (thick girl probs) and few dots still left and it burns when I get in shower the dots are red but my thigh itself isnt red nor hot to touch but it honesty looks swollen i think it’s from my thighs rubbing together what do I do? I wore short shorts and they rubbed together and I think it irritated it but idk what to do cuz that one side looks swollen but it doesn’t hurt to touch just few red dots
