What should I do ?? Please help

So I'm currently 26 weeks and 1 day pregnant . I noticed when I went to the bathroom a little spot of blood . I wasn't sure if it was from where I cut myself shaving (I'm getting too big to see down there and kinda just guess at it) so I put the toilet paper straight to the whole and went in a little bit and seen blood again , it's not alot at all , maybe the size of a ladybug . Now I'm still certain if it came from inside just because when I wiped around it there was also a tiny pen size dot of blood . I had a miscarriage last April so every little thing scares me , I've already been to the hospital and emergency doctor visits countless times with this pregnancy and I feel as if I'm starting to look crazy. Should I go to the emergency room or am I over reacting and give it some time and check again ? I have been having stomach pain but I've had it throughout my whole pregnancy and my doctor says it's fine as of rn . I just don't know what I should do .

****I know y'all aren't doctor's or anything , but maybe some have experienced this also and could save me a few hours in the hospital****
