Should i start i start taking Birth control

Missed one full day of my pill realized the next day at 8 at night so i took two pills that night spaced it out within a few hours but i was already spotting as if my period was coming on Tuesday now it’s Sunday and I’m bleeding super heavy a few hours after i take my pill Or sometimes all day

My doctors office is closed

Should i stop taking the pill or start a new pack ? I’m bleeding a lot in the bowl and differently
