When did or have you cut out naps!?
My daughter is still taking naps during the day, and they're usually about 1.5 to 2 hours long. Which I'm thinking is too long because she doesn't sleep in like she used to. She's in bed by 8:45 and usually falls asleep by 9. And she used to sleep in until 7:30/8am but now for the past month she's been waking up at 6:30/45am. Which is fine, but it's nice waking up in the morning and not having a toddler demanding things right away lol. I only give her the naps because I know she's tired but maybe I should stop and see if it changes her wake up time? Or maybe she doesn't need that much sleep at night? I don't know 🤷♀️🤪
But when did you cut out naps? And why?
