Exercise 6 months post partum
Hi everyone :)
I'm six months pp and I'd like to get in shape. I luckily list the majority of my baby weight due to luck/ breastfeeding bubba/ Kangatraining 3x week but now I've hit a plateau. Kangatraining is a babywearing exercise class and I loved it but with covid19 there's no more class.
If anyone has any links to online workouts/ YouTube videos I can do at home if really appreciate it. I'd love to do some babywearing exercise if you have any recommendations. Thank you!
