What is going on ??

So I haven’t had my normal period this month, I had brown March 31st- April 5th, then I thought I started my period on the 6th,, had red bleeding in the mornings of the 6th-8th, nothing during the day, then I had nothing else. I started spotting again on the 22nd then had another day of red bleeding in the morning of the 23rd and then nothing the rest of the day. Now I’m just on and off spotting brown here and there, some days I spot and some day I don’t. What could be going on? I’ve taken multiple test, one was this morning and it was negative. We are TTC.
