Sore boobs from cold

Hey mamas..i am 15 1/2 weeks and our air conditioner works real good..well..the problem is that when it kicks on and it gets cold enough, my boobs hurt...REAL BAD!! Tonight when we got home from taking my bf son home, they started hurting immediately and the pain got so unbearable..my whole boobs and nipples hurt sooooo bad i was almost in tears and it took about 20 mins to warm them up with a blanket for them to stop hurting. Can anyone relate and tell me some remedies i can try? Please and thank u.
