We’re most likely going to use Elsa as a middle name. Elsie is a family name but my husband prefers Elsa. It is a beautiful name but your child will get asked about Frozen a lot. It may even put her off the movie? But who knows.

I actually don’t think you’ll have nearly as many people suspecting it’s from the movie as you’d think. My older daughters name is Ana Sofia (with the Ana pronounced like in Frozen - it has nothing to do with the movie, it’s a family name) and honestly I’ve only had people comment on Frozen a few times in 3 years. Even with the new movie out I haven’t gotten comments more.
