Hey all! I was diagnosed with celiac disease a few months ago, and I’m struggling with hidden gluten in medications. I have been taking Naturemade’s prenatal, which is GF, but it gives me indigestion and when I got pregnant (I’ve since miscarried) it made me nauseous. I’ve read that often a gummy can make this easier, but then you don’t get iron. I’m wondering if anyone has any GF prenatal recommendations that are high quality (aka they still give you the nutrients you need), gummy or not. Thanks in advance!
