A hairy situation

I’m so in love with my locks!!

And I feel like I made such a great decision in my life. Since I was a child I have always struggled with my hair. I had so many naps and tangles and I always had to pull and tug at my hair and it would cause so much breakage... then I started straightening my hair everyday for years straight just to get it a bit untangled and less messy

Well, that didn’t work very good lol. So for over 3 years I started my spiritual journey therefore I became a very natural woman ( no makeup, dyeing, straightening, etc) . But, my hair was still a mess and I was uncomfortable with it. I started my research on dreadlocks since my son had them. So I then decided to do my hair

I am deeply in love! And I can still have my nappy less tangly and not high maintenance hair, I can now focus on my journey of becoming truly natural and experience love of self from here on out..
