My 30th birthday is on Thursday and I’m dying for sushi!
I only like the deep fried tempura and I just wanted to double check if it was safe!

Deep fried is cooked so you can have as much as you want. It’s the raw stuff that you need to avoid or limit.

As long as it’s not raw! My doctor did tell me to avoid sushi as it can be cross contaminated with the raw sushi that’s prepared there. So it’s your personal choice

If it’s cooked it’s fine. I’ve also heard that as long as it’s from a reputable place, raw is fine too. I’m not a huge fan of sushi so I never ate it while I was pregnant though.

Just depends. As long as everything is cooked inside the roll (salmon included). Also be careful as some places don’t separate where they cut raw rolls and cooked ones. There still could be cross contamination.
