Fresh off depo with questions

So i was on depo for only 1 round(3months) and was due for another shot in march. My doctors office cancelled it due to the corona virus. I skipped a period while on it an after that i have beeen spotting off an on pretty much. I stopped spotting for a seemed like a while but started having intercourse in april (protected) i started spotting very lite, It stopped after the 1st time. we recently tryed a new position an it started back up again (moderate spotting/not lite)

Question:ANYONE KNOW WHEN THINGS MIGHT GO BACK TO NORMAL?any relatable experiences ladies

AND ALSO there was some stupidity and accidents involved,because im spotting/bleeding i cant be pregnant right?
