We kind of call each other that when we’re being dramatic & funny but it’s always in a playful way & we have that understanding. Whenever we had fights in the past we never called each other out of our name though.

Depending on how it was projected to you. If it was out of anger then yes it would have made me mad but if it was just playful then no. But either way if it made you feel a certain type of way and she really is your best friend then politely ask her to please not call you that and tell her how it makes you feel. If she is your real friend then she will understand and respect your wishes. If not then you know to move on from this toxic person.
