Testing from home?!

I can’t make it to my Glucose test because of this Pandemic so my doctor sent me a tester and strips to my pharmacy. She told me to test myself until my next appointment. 

Fasting and one hour after eating.

My questions are do I just eat like I normally would? Like same foods?

How often can I eat?

I know for fasting I would just test right when I woke up before I ate but after that I have no clue on what to do.

  please just share tips and what to do because I’m lost 😩
