Round ligament pain vs SPD?? It feels like a little too much pressure to be round ligament?? Pressure when I part my legs or get up

I have SPD and round ligament. I know which is which because my SPD in in my pubic bone, coccyx, and groin that feels like bones rubbing together or cracking. My round ligaments are near my underwear line and up the sides of my stomach and feel more like getting a strong stitch or stabbing pain. 
I feel my SPD most when I try to get out of bed or roll over. Mainly whenever I have to use my legs to move. Sort of like what you described.
