is anyone still smoking weed while pregnant ? im just curious and when did you stop ?

If I get attacked for my comment I’m just gonna simply delete it but I did and I stopped at 25 weeks I only did it because I’ve always had nausea so bad that I would end up having miscarriages in my past but this time my baby is over the charts healthy and weight gain has been perfect I haven’t had one problem this pregnancy I just made sure to cut out any tobacco products such as wraps and I know many people who’s done it that’s just my personal story

I'm 20 weeks and consuming edibles daily. I dont smoke but will use a vape and vape pens once in awhile.  Helps with my depression anxiety and insomnia. I continued throughout my last pregnancy and have a smart cheeky little 2 year old. Will continue through this pregnancy as well as while breastfeeding.

I did. I stopped at 12 weeks. It helped immensely with the morning sickness.

Stopped as soon as I got a positive. I know I would feel so bad and super guilty if something were to happen because I continued to smoke. Even tho I have thought about it many times to help with the nausea I just can’t do it. I still had thc in my system at my first appointment and my doctor was sure to tell me that they would test again at birth. So I’d make sure to stop at least a month or 2 before having baby.

You're going to get some pretty mean comments on this just to warn you. I did with my first but not with this one after learning the risk and having a talk with my Dr about it. Depending on your state they will test the baby when born and call CPS to talk with you. It can cause low birth weight and other things. Remember just because others did it and their babies were fine doesnt mean that's the case for everyone.

i stopped at about 16 weeks because i was going through a hard time mentally and the nausea was unbearable. so far my baby is perfectly fine, it’s been a HARD break, but i know i need to stop i don’t want to even risk my baby being taken away over something so silly.

Personally I stopped as soon as I found out because baby comes first. I was a heavy smoker and days were rough not especially being sick but just gotta get through it.

Personally I stopped before we even started trying, I didn't want it in my system at all, but I know plenty who continue to partake. Just do as much research as you can (as there unfortunately isn't enough on the subject, which was my reasoning for not partaking while pregnant) and decide what's best for you.

I always stopped as soon as I got a positive. Normally I’m a daily smoker though. More heavily before my second pregnancy than my first and baby does have some medical issues so not sure if that’s related or not. Trying to stop ahead of time now ttc baby #3 it’s so hard to quit though cause it really helps with my depression and anxiety.
