Does long term sleep deprivation cause constant dizziness.

I'm a FTM of a one year old. I'm severely sleep deprived since a year and a month.

My son wakes up once or more to feed at night or just wake up crying to be soothed. He is breastfed. If I don't feed him to drop the night feed he cries and than I'm wide awake. Besides that he is light sleeper.

Generally it's hard to put myself to sleep. But when I'm sleep I want to sleep till I wake up myself. That's the reason naps don't work for me. That's clearly not happening anytime soon.

For the past few months I have been feeling woozy, like I'm floating. And get random sudden episodes of dizziness, like a feeling you get when you accidentally fall asleep and wake up.

Can it be cause of sleep deprivation or its something serious? Did someone had something similar, what helped?

How did you manage?

I am otherwise okay. Just have a history of anxiety and panic.
