Nipple shields (inverted nipples)

Question

I have inverted nipples and a friend recommended I get shields for breast feeding just Incase.... any moms used shields before? Or have inverted nipples? Any advice would be truly appreciated!!

I got these from the hospital and it really helped train my LO how to latch as well as helped me continue to nurse with a cracked nipple. Highly recommend this!

I used a nipple shield with my second baby. I don't have inverted nipples, so not sure on that, but it really helped my baby latch easier.
