Butt acne anyone?

How do I get rid of it? 
I tried numerous home remedies and have been to a doctor. Nothing helped. 
Do you know of any cream, lotion, solution? Anything?

Raw shea butter , yellow bottle of pure castile soap lemon🍋, scrub everyday!! After massage in shea butter until its dry enough. Stay on up on hygiene & don’t forget scrubbb!!!

The first one is $44 and the second is $27, so kind of pricey but they work. When you take a shower use a good exfoliator and get to work on your butt. It’s going to take some time.
