Help! I have been in horrible horrible pain for over 4 days now. It’ll fade in and out of how bad it is. I’m sweating, shaking and vomiting from pain!

I was diagnosed with endo and cysts on my overies a few months ago and this week it got extremely bad on my lower right abdomen, right near my hip bone. Went to a walk in clinic and they told me in was ovulation pain but I need to get my cysts removed ASAP. I have yet another internal ultrasound tomorrow but my dr knows nothing and has not offered surgery. Only the pill, which I’ve previously been on for 6 years so don’t wanna fuck with myself any more.

I’ve been urged to go to the hospital if the pain is bad, which is has been but I’m terrified and anxious knowing that they won’t be able to help....
