Can anyone tell me what this means?

I delivered at 29 weeks and this was the results of my placenta. Also baby had a very high white blood cell count when born.

I know that chorioamnionitis is an infection, so it looks like you had a small one. I had chorio when I was in labor with my first because my water was broken for like 15 hours before I had her. The other stuff on there, I'm not sure.

Your placenta was infected same happened to me which in turn causes it to come out in pieces instead of a whole.and the rest is just basically why the baby came early.you know i alwayss wonder how do they not catch it b4 it gets to tthis point.had same thing last pregnancy.you got this momma prayeers for your little one as well
