Ge washer & dryer set

Does any one have this dryer & washer I’m having so many problems with them the dryer won’t dry & the washer won’t dispense the softener..did u have this problem with it? I barely purchase mine they brought them in yesterday and it’s ridiculous!! What other dryer n washer do you recommend? This time I might get a non smart!
