Anyone else have similar experiences and were pregnant?

Question

I had red/pink spotting Sunday, brown spotting yesterday and today. My period was due today. I don’t feel like I have period cramps.
Anyone else experience this and we’re pregnant?

I didn't have any bleeding or spotting but I would usually get cramps as a PMS symptom and didn't the month we conceived. I'd suggest taking a test, I took a test 2 days before my period was due which came back positive.
