I have a bf and still say ily to close friend and jokingly mess around with a couple of my best (girl) friends: slap each other's asses, grop each other, make sex jokes and stuff, and yes kiss each other's cheek (usually as a hi/bye). As I mean yeah that's all stuff couples do too but we mean nothing by it and we all know that's very clear. In the end it's just good fun and showing a friend you care. It's not cheating unless you actually mean for it to be more than a jome/friendly. Like to get this guy to stop harrassing my friend I walked up to her, kissed her on the lips, called her sweetheart and asked her on a date (we didn't actually go on a date) and yh my bf was a little jealous but even he says that it was cheating and he's super protective/strict about cheating. Hell, that girl is even my fake girlfriend and we have a bunch of pic of us kissing each other's cheeks or just pics in general of the other/us together and use the fake relationship to get guys to leave us alone (I usually just mention that I'm taken but some guys try to get you to cheat and even if you gay you're gay they want proof) and my bf is fine with it.
