Can anyone explain temping to me???

Question

I'm going to be temping along with opk this cycle as it's my first on clomid. Can someone give me a quick run down? Like some basic instructions 😂 can I use the digital forehead thermometer we have for our son, or does it have to be oral? Thanks 😅

I found temping to be inaccurate on clomid but maybe that's bc I triggered also. 
You cant use a regular thermometer and skin temps tend to be unreliable. You have to use a bbt thermometer. They go to 2 decimal places. Oral is good. If you're a mouth breather at night, vaginal is best.
