So since Early 2019 me and my husband have lived across the street from my dad because the people who owned the house wanted to move and someone was trying to break in that house. They told us we could renovate/do anything we wanted and it would be taken out of the “rent” (it was not a actual rental agreement) since being there we have had a lot of issues. Which they use “it wasn’t like that when we were there.”

Now we are having a lot more issues than just flooring. Since these photos we have dealt with.

•our oven going out

•our fridge (which they threw a fit on us replacing)

•the roof needs fixed

•one of the room only has 1 outlet working due to a short and almost cause a fire.

•the central air/heat unit went out and in order for it to be fixed it would cost 5,000

•now they don’t like it if we do anything to the house. We wanted to replace the floor in a baby room for a nursery for the babies because the house is COVERED IN NICOTINE residue.
