Are peaches not good for pregnant woman?

Okey I didn't believe that peaches can cause miscarriage, so I ate a little today and in the evening my body started to feel really hot, and then I saw blood😭 I called the doctor and he gave me an injection and it stopped. Is it really the peaches fault?

I’ve eaten about 5 peaches and I didn’t have any issues. This is the first I hear about this. 🤷🏻‍♀️
