Nursing stirke

My 3 month old screams when I try to breastfeed him 😞 He is usually the happiest baby and never refuses a feeding. Today he cried (really he screamed, it was so sad) for an hour while I tried to feed him. Finally, he took a bottle. Even the bottle was a struggle. I need suggestions on how to get him to nurse again. I’m not sure if it’s teething or what, but why would my usually baby who loves to nurse every 2 hours during the day suddenly not want to nurse?
