Tea opinions/stories please

Hiiiii!!!! So I saw you ladies posting about the raspberry tea and so I just put an order in. It’ll be here next Friday which is the day I turn 30weeks. Can I have some suggestions, opinions on this tea and how you ladies take it/ how it’s helped you? This is baby number two for me and let me just say this pregnancy has been pure hell so I am willing to do anything to make sure labor isn’t as horrible. I went with the earth mama organic raspberry leaf tea bags on amazon. TIA 😁
