Baby teeth dentist?

My 9 month daughter has two bottom teeth and 4 teeth on top that are still coming in but visible. 6 teeth total. I’m not sure when we should take her to her first dentist appt or if that’s a thing at this age. Also the other day she had a black speck on her bottom it looked like a speck of pepper. I thought it came off but today when I looked the speck is now under her gum line, I can see it just below. I tried gently brushing her teeth but I don’t want to hurt her trying to get that speck off. The bottom teeth are almost all the way out/up. Idk if I should be concerned or let it come out on its own.

My husband says to wait a few days and call Dentist next week if the spot is still there
