TTC with Hasimotos Disease

Hello ladies❤ I hope everyones staying safe & healthy during this craziness in the world right now!

So I'm 30 yrs old (31 in August) and have been TTC #1 for about a year now, I've dabbled in bbt, opk, and been trying to "baby dance" around when I think I'm ovulating. But no luck yet😔

I've had a handful of drs. Visits this past year, primary care dr, gyno, and every other time my bloodwork showed my TSH level being high (at a 6/7) so they recommended seeing an Endocrinologist..

Everything I've googled about Thyroid issues and fertility, honestly is scaring the crap out of me, so after seeing an Endo. This morning actually (over skype) he determined from previous bloodwork in march, it's looking like Hashimoto's Diease, and he said medication typically isnt suggested unless im at a tsh level of 10 or higher, and in 3 months he'll see me again with bloodwork & go from there I guess...

I'm just afraid this will stop me from conceiving? Is there any women who have gone through similar circumstances? Everything I've read has been success stories, of women ON medication to regulate their thyroid... ironically I should be happy I'm not on medication lol but I'm somewhat upset, itd be so much easier, to know a pill can fix/help me get my thyroid to the level so I CAN conceive. And of course when you're in the position of TTC, every minute, every hour, everyday feels like torture, until you get that BFP.
