help !!!!!

I'm on birth control. i take the pill and im usually on top of it. I'll miss one day but ill double up the next day. but i haven't gotten my period for 3 months. i have been going thru so much stomach pains. i took two pregnancy test and they came back negative. the pain won't go away.
