TTC EARLY PREGNANCY SYMPTOMS

So yesterday I seen light brown discharge (which I was told could be implantation bleeding) in my underwear i thought my period was early which it usually isn't its usually on time I have a cycle tracker...so in the middle of the night last night I woke up to a sharp pain in my stomach it didn't last long I went back to sleep...then I woke up again this morning and I felt slight cramps in my stomach and it felt like where my uterus is was contracting (Flo is due in 5 days) but my usual pms symptoms are tender breast and a face pimple faithfully every month Im not experiencing neither instead I have a cramping pelvis and bloating but no cylce as of yet and I don't cramp with my periods never have and yet at this moment I feel slight cramping as well nothing bad enough to slow me down very slight so I guess my question is could i be pregnant im really praying I am!! Any help is greatly appreciated😊
