Amazon deliveries - are they even delivering?

I placed an Amazon order on April 6. Just some notebooks and pens and a purse. Due to Covid it said it would be delayed. The expected delivery date hasn’t changed from May 4. Still says it’s arriving on Monday. However none of it has shipped yet. Should I call them...? Or wait til Monday? Has this happened to anyone else?

There’s no one answering Amazon phones right now. But if it helps I’ve been ordering and all of my orders have arrived within the stated timeframe.

Idk where you live but some times my orders literally ship the morning I end up getting them. I don’t have prime, I just live 30 mins from an amazon distribution center.

Dont call them. I used to work with amazon and nothing can be done if the date hasn't changed or passed. They cant see anymore information than you can.

My stuff is still coming, but taking a bit longer. There was a strike today for safer working environments, so who knows what will happen going forward.

I would wait. Just because it hasn't shipped yet doesn't mean it won't arrive on time. If there will be a delay that will make your package arrive after the 4th they will let you know. My fiance had this happen the other day

I’ve ordered almost all my supplies I’ll need when my baby is born from amazon. None of my deliveries have been delayed

I would wait. My sister ordered my son a basketball Jersey and it took a good while before we finally got it. The shipping and delivery were both delayed. It’s going to happen because of COVID so you’ll just have to have patience.
