Has anyone ever had them before and if so what do they feel like?

I have a kyleena IUD for about 7 or 8 months now, and for the past 4 days (yesterday and today being the most prominent) I've had pressure and irritation around my left hip bone area internally. Especially when I move or use the bathroom. I feel super bloated and when I ate breakfast it really hit with slight nausea afterwards, lunch didnt notice anything. I'm very winded with stairs too. My main concern is I also have a partially blocked left fallopian tube from an ectopic pregnancy from 2 years ago. Just want to make sure if these symptoms are normal of anything at all. I always feel like I bother my OB office with questions as I dont trust my body or most other drs with my body since my ectopic pregnancy wasnt discovered by 4 different doctors in a time span of 11 weeks.
