I have my sternum, ribs and hip done and honestly none of them were bad, it’s like a hard scratch. I’d say like a 3-4

Compared to the top few inches of my spine or my foot, the hip wasn't shit lol. 
My first tattoo was on my hip, I have a low pain tolerance and I was able to handle it just fine.
