Can someone please help me...my ultrasound tech rushed us and did our dating scan in less than 3 minutes.

She made a point of saying "it looks like only one baby..." - which is great since we were hoping it would be a singleton as we already have 2 children (if there were more, we would keep them, and would be excited however it would just cause a little bit of financial stress consideringthe current climate with covid and all).

My question is...what are those other sac looking things? is that extra fluid, blood, or something else? what is wrong with my scan and why isn't it normal like my previous pregnancies? 😭
