First time IVF tips ?

Hey there! My fertility clinic has finally opened back up so I will be starting my first IVF cycle in 4 days! For those of you that have been successful, what did you do? Are there any tips/ tricks I should follow?

The best advice for IVF is to remain as calm and stress free as possible. There are a lot of uncertainties and unknowns with the process, control what you can & know and leave the rest. Schedule activities, group chats, a bake off with your partner, anything to keep you busy during periods of waiting (waiting to find out how many made to day 3/5/freeze, waiting to know if a fresh transfer took). Drink lots of water, take your vitamins, take it easy, get fresh air and enjoy all the needles (I’m joking they aren’t pleasant 🙈😂). I had no special diet or ritual I did for my cycle & transfer, I ate well and I had acupuncture the day of transfer & the day after. I’m now almost 13week 🥰
