Implantation bleeding? TMI PICTURES

I usually have regular periods. They are usually heavy and painful and always start on time or 2-3 days late. I have a 28 day cycle and on the 26th day (3 days before period due date) I noticed I started having a pink spotting. It kind of got a little heavier but not like my normal periods. It’s been off and on the past 3 days. I’ve had lower back pain and even a little bit of what I thought were tiny clots or the internet calls them “stringy bits” I haven’t had my

Normal cramping and tonight (day 3) it has now went back to the little pink spotting. I tried using a tampon or two but it didn’t fill them and I had to take them out due to being dry and hurting. I haven’t had to wear a tampon or pad the pst 3 days which is abnormal for me...help! Is it implantation or just a weird period????
