What time do you test with OPKs?

May I ask, what time do you usually take your opk test? 
I may be going wrong as I test with FMU..  🤔

You should follow the instructions of your specific test. Mine said do not use first morning urine because the hormone takes a couple of hours to build up in your urine. I tested around 2:30 each day.

Weirdly I usually get my darkest positive with FMU even though the tests say you generally won’t. So I test with FMU and then usually again with my second urine of the day when it looks like I’m getting close
