Have you been diagnosed with PMDD?
I had a video appointment yesterday with my psychologist and she gave me an initial diagnosis of PMSD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder). I did some reading up on it and was just wondering how common it was to have this disorder as opposed to a diagnosis of Major Depressive Didorder.
Do you (or someone you know) have PMDD? What clued your doctor in that it wasn’t just regular Depression? TIA
