4 month old sleep patterns?

How much does your little one sleep? 
My little boy will sleep 40 minutes at the most at each nap during the day and then sleep 10-12 hours at night. 
He normally wakes up around 8-9am has a play and feed then another play and go back down. This is his routine until he goes down around 8-9pm.

My son is the same way!!! 
I have noticed if he naps in his bassinet, which is where he sleeps every night, his nap usually lasts a little longer than if he was in mamaroo or crib...I’ve tried introducing crib naps & it only lasts about 25 mins. He’s almost 4 months old.

My daughter goes to bed around 7 pm, wakes anywhere from 6-8 in the morning. Eats, plays, and then takes a nap after about 2 hours from when she woke up. She usually naps for about an hour but with sometimes have a 2 hour first nap if she woke up earlier than usual

My daughter goes to bed between 6-6:30 at night and I then do a dream feed around 10pm. Sometimes she’ll wake for this and sometimes she won’t. Either way, she goes back down very easily, so I don’t really count this as awake time (especially since I initiate the feed). Some nights she’ll sleep the whole night and others she’ll wake up on her own anywhere between 3-5am for a feed. Again, goes back down really easily and wakes up anytime between 6:30-8am for the day. I offer her a nap every hour and a half now, so she’ll take between 4-5 a day. Her naps usually average 45 minutes, as well, but can be longer if we’re in the car.
